Waterfront Vacation Home

This waterfront vacation home has SoCal design elements throughout, such as glass with black trim, light to mid-tone oak flooring, lots of whites and textures, with a little bit of a beachy bohemian vibe. Take the tour in this House & Home video:

On the open concept main floor, the living room has a comfortable couch, jute and wool floor rugs, a white paneled fireplace and open shelving for displaying decor. In the dining room, there is a custom oak dining table with slipcovered and woven chairs and a clustered globe light fixture. The adjacent white kitchen has a herringbone backsplash and island with black pendant lights.

A glass staircase leads up to the second floor landing space that has a console table decorated with leaning art pieces. The master bedroom has a king bed flanked by sconces and gray oak side tables and a wall-to-wall desk with two small cabinets and a picture ledge/shelf that runs all the way across the top. The two kid’s bedrooms have a neutral color palette, with bedding that can be swapped out for overnight adult guests.
