Upgraded City Condo

Minor renovations maximized the space and improved the functionality in this upgraded city condo. The enlarged kitchen has additional cabinetry, open shelving, porcelain countertops, and a striking geometric multi-color tile backsplash; the countertop was extended to create a wrap-around peninsula. A wine/coffee bar extends into the dining room which has an oval table with pink velvet chairs that seat six. The living room has a cozy sectional and ottoman, navy built-ins and a gas fireplace. Next to the living room is the office which does double duty as a guest bedroom. Other features include the principal bedroom, the black-and-white ensuite, and the moody powder room with its black tile, gold penny rounds and bold botanical wallpaper.
