Updated Mid-Century Modern Home

This updated mid-century modern home is filled with warmth, wood and vintage finds. A slatted wall in the entryway gives you a preview of the rest of the home while preserving the division of space. The living room has new windows and paneling but retains the original fireplace; the space has vintage furniture, including a papa bear chair. Behind the slatted wall is the dining room which has a beautiful black table and chairs and a sputnik brass chandelier. The white and wood kitchen has thin quartz countertops, large art pieces, black sconce lighting over the window and a custom horizontal light fixture over the island. An addition houses the primary suite with its wood paneling and a mix of custom and vintage furniture and a minimal wood and white ensuite bath with its double vanity, wall-mounted faucets, soaking tub and glass shower. Whimsical monkey-shaped wall tile adds a playful punch to the laundry room. Take the tour in this HouzzTV video:
