Updated Edwardian Home

This updated Edwardian Home has a modern family-friendly aesthetic while retaining many of its original architectural features. The entryway was jazzed up with graphic wallpaper and a small narrow console table and bench seat. In the sitting room, the fireplace was refaced in marble and outfitted with a gas insert. Renovated previously, the kitchen had a minimal refresh with a repainted hutch with new hardware and a spectacular light fixture. The backyard was updated with a low natural wood deck, horizontal fence, cooking, dining and play areas, and plants and planters. Upstairs, a long room was divided into a TV area and a work from home space; the kids’ bedrooms have wallpaper on the ceiling.
