Updated Classic Tudor Home
This updated classic Tudor home, originally built in 1936, was brought into the modern era while retaining its heritage. In the entryway, a staircase with a beautiful iron railing curves up to the second level. The kitchen has handmade terra cotta floor tile in a herringbone pattern, white zellige tile on the rear wall, and hand painted terra cotta tile on the range wall. Glide drawers flanking the range provide storage for spices, oils and cooking utensils. Other details include Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, brass and fire clay sinks, alabaster ceiling lights, and pendant lighting over the sinks. The dining room has textured square wallpaper, nature-inspired drapery, custom dining table with wide vintage chairs, and a light fixture with an oil rub bronze finish. Pops of sea teal and natural leather add color to the living room which has a mid-century style light fixture and a lime-washed fireplace. Take the tour in this HouzzTV video:
