Ultimate Multi-Purpose Entertaining Space

With a theater, lounge and gaming area, the lower level of the Fall 2020 Princess Margaret Lottery Showhome is the ultimate multi-purpose entertaining space. Take the tour in this House & Home video:

A wide staircase leads down to the lower level. The block steel wine cabinets are the focal point. On the right, the oversized counterheight bar table has an integrated wine cooler and lots of room for eating and game playing. A seating area with sofa, chairs and nesting tables is a great spot for gathering and conversation. The dramatic theater has a large projection screen and two raised platforms and is framed with LED lighting; large chairs, ottomans and accent tables for drinks and snacks make it a comfortable space for movie watching.

The beautiful laundry room has porcelain wood flooring with an octagon mosaic inset and a table island with counter stools that can be used for crafts, sewing and painting. The large home gym is separated from the lounge space by frameless glass doors that allow the light from the basement windows to come into the rest of the lower level. A guest bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bath with glass shower and separate toilet compartment complete the space.

In the backyard, off the kitchen is a raised deck area with a hot tub and pergola, along with outdoor dining and living room zones.
