Transformed Toronto Family Home
Real estate investors Jim Kim and Aaron Charles discuss how they transformed this outdated Toronto home into a modern urban oasis designed for family living. The renovation involved a lot of structural work, new electrical and plumbing, and a small addition that allowed extension of the kitchen and creation of a dining room, bedroom and deck. New black chrome appliances in the kitchen hide dirt and fingerprints. There is ample storage throughout the home, including a bank of cabinetry under the stairs.
