Tiered Outdoor Living Spaces

The tiered outdoor living spaces in the 2020 HGTV Smart Home have something for everyone. See the features in this HGTV video:

On the upstairs patio, there are several ways to take advantage of being outdoors. The counterpart of this patio is underneath a beautiful wooden vaulted ceiling. With six skylights installed, even underneath this cover you can enjoy a pretty day. There is a comfortable plush seating area with a sofa covered in a very durable indoor/outdoor fabric. The adjacent outdoor dining area has a table with seating for eight as well as a long line of benches. On the other side of the table is another seating area.

Directly underneath this space is the lower patio which has more of a secluded feel with white wooden lattice privacy walls on either side. There are two sections, a seating area with fun modern fabrics and another place to chill with two hanging chairs which are the perfect place to relax during a very pretty day.

Finally, there is a private pergola that offers yet another cozy seating space.
