The Nook on the Hill

When tiny house principles are applied to slightly larger homes, it creates a wonderful opportunity for real magic to happen, and that’s the case with this incredible small home. A labor of love, the “Nook on the Hill” is thin but tall and surrounded by gardens featuring native plants. The cozy interior has a gigantic picture window, reclaimed timber and red brick walls, polished concrete floors, and open shelving and is filled with handcrafted decor and artwork. The main floor has a fully functional kitchen with an island and concrete countertops and a bathroom with striking blue and orange patterned tile, recessed shelving, an open shower, and a vanity with a pottery basin sink. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft bedroom which has a queen bed, book nook with storage and a small wardrobe. Take the tour in this Living Big In A Tiny House video:
