Sophisticated Urban Condo Renovation

The design goal of this sophisticated urban condo renovation was to create a clean, uncluttered, curated, and casual living space. While the kitchen is the heart of this home, it is virtually hidden due to integrated appliances, touch-latch cabinetry and the lack of an island. The stone top dining table is used for both work and entertaining; a mother of pearl backsplash and an abstract resin-coated painting create a feeling of luxury. The TV room with Murphy bed doubles as a guest bedroom. Other features include the powder room with a concealed shower, the small but functional laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, and the master bath with a mosaic tile shower and a patterned cement floor tile that extends all the way up the wall.
