Small Condo Bathroom Renovation

While the layout was kept as is, the storage problem was solved by adding a custom vanity and a shallow cabinet over the toilet. Beautiful faux leather detail trim on the vanity and cabinet adds extra unexpected texture that breaks up all of the sleek stone in the space.

Quartz was used for the feature wall behind the tub, the tub platform and the vanity countertop. All of the other materials, including the floor and shower mosaic, are marble. There are new industrial-style fixtures and a new dual flush high-efficiency toilet.

In addition to the deep soaking tub and built-in shower bench, one of the most luxurious components of this ensuite is the steam system which also offers light and sound therapy and plays music when connected to a phone.
