Small Arizona Home That Lives Large

This modern home in Tucson, AZ is only 625 square feet but it feels way bigger due to visual trickery and space-saving techniques. See the features in this HGTV Remodels video:

It starts with the open floor plan. Ten-foot ceilings keep the space from feeling cramped. Tons of windows make the outdoors seem like an extension of the home. White walls, reflective white cement floors and white kitchen cabinets reflect natural light throughout the home.

Floor outlets allow furniture to be placed in the center of the room. A custom-made frosted sliding glass bathroom door saves space and adds a stylish touch. Additional floor space is freed up by installing the AC unit high up on the wall and out of sight. An old trailer parked outside the house acts as a storage unit.
