Scottsdale Hills Home

This Scottsdale Hills home is nestled into a mountain and has a boutique hotel vibe with lots of exposed brick. A terrazzo hood is the focal point of the kitchen which has a large island topped with stone-look porcelain, perimeter quartz countertops and backsplash, white oak flooring, vintage nickel fixtures, mixed white oak veneer and putty-colored laminate cabinetry and a gas strut window that opens to a patio bar top. The adjacent beverage room has two full banks of millwork with a full-sized wine column, built-in coffee bar, sink and an ice maker and is decorated with a hand-painted mural. Black stained oak cubbies create a display case in the walk-through butler’s pantry. The powder room has a terrazzo floating vanity, vintage nickel fixtures, wall-to-wall porcelain tile, a backlit mirror, and sconce and ceiling lighting. Take the tour in this HouzzTV video:
