Renovated Industrial Style Loft

This renovated industrial style loft was part of a converted old office building, and the aesthetic is reflected in the concrete flooring, exposed conduit and HVAC, and black metal accents throughout the space. The bold black kitchen has push-open/ fingertip-pull cabinetry and appliances, black backsplash and a white waterfall island. Different styles of light fixture delineate the space into kitchen, dining and living rooms. A gigantic yellow sectional in the living room is perfect for entertaining and provides a complementary backdrop against the black kitchen, while the artwork and area rug inject pops of colors. The show-stopping den has a custom door and window system, wall-wo-wall black bookshelves and a ladder.
