Renovated Front Yard and Outdoor Living Area

The exterior of this home was dark and had absolutely no curb appeal. Moreover, with the backyard backing up to a busy street, the family needed a space to enjoy the outdoors devoid of traffic noise, which was the front of the home. A deer path crossed the property, which influenced the placement of the steps leading up to the new front door painted in a fun blue color. The front yard was planted with low-maintenance deer-resistant grasses. On the front of the house, the wood portions are covered in cedar and the rest is covered in Hardie board. The concrete porch area has a seating area and fire pit and is surrounded by a pony wall.
