Renovated Builder Grade Urban Condo

The design goal for this renovated builder grade urban condo was to incorporate elements that are reminiscent of city life. The moody entryway is encased in beautiful dark stained oak paneling that creates a sense of being between two buildings and ends at a framed opening with a gorgeous art piece that leads you into the rest of the space. In the kitchen, the existing island was clad in beautiful arabescato corchia marble; the space also includes a dining banquette with a live edge table and architectural light fixture, a range hood with a Venetian plaster finish, and flush mount cylinder lighting. The fireplace wall is the focal point in the living room which has an informal bar, large sectional and custom steel coffee tables. Covered in a neutral wallpaper, the serene primary bedroom has a headboard with LED lighting and convenience outlets, pendant lighting, a reading light, and a custom bed and rug. The guest bedroom has a king bed, floating nightstands, and a custom walnut console that acts as a desk. Cladding the shower with fluted glass gives a powder room fell to the guest bathroom with its bedrock marble sink and ceiling-height mirrors.
