Reimagined Family Home

After suffering a flood in an upstairs bathroom that damaged the kitchen and living areas, this reimagined family home was given a new lease on life with new flooring, trim, doors, hardware, and stair runner and railings. Patagonia quartzite on the island, counters and backsplash makes a statement in the eat-in showstopper kitchen which has a fluted beverage bar and a mix of oak and gray cabinetry. The adjacent family room has a plush sectional and a paneled wallpaper TV wall with an underlying stone ledge. In the front of the home is the living room which is more formal and designed for conversation and has built-in banquette seating in the window nook. Other features include the dining room with its integrated wall unit and countertop area, powder room with its vessel sink and graphic wallpaper, home office, the dark principal bedroom with its integrated mill work and seating area, and the white ensuite bath.
