Quick Guest Bedroom Makeover

With a baby due in a few days, these clients needed a fast upgrade to their guest room which had nothing but dark green and blue walls and a double bed. See the results of this quick guest bedroom makeover in this Robeson Design video:

The room was re-painted in neutral colors and the double bed replaced with a queen bed accessorized with an upholstered headboard, striped sheets and patterned bedding in navy blue and rust colors. A long trunk is positioned at the foot of the bed.

A mirror and desk on one side of the bed balance the solitary window and chest on the other side; matching window treatments give the illusion of flanking windows.

The wide window was dressed out in window treatments with a long narrow table with iron legs beneath it. A side dresser and TV on the opposite wall provide the finishing touches.
