Multi-Purpose Den Designed for Entertaining

The den in the 2018 HGTV Dream Home is packed with seating, filled with art, and has amazing views of its surroundings. See the features of this multi-purpose den designed for entertaining in this HGTV video:

There are windows on one side of the den that offer panoramic views of Puget Sound. The beautiful colors outside influence the overall color scheme, a palette of watery blues and greens, which is tied together by the focal wall that features the Seattle Space Needle.

The room is filled with furniture pieces designed for comfort and entertainment. There is a seating area with a Danish modern sofa and sculptural armchairs that’s great for conversation and can easily seat up to eight guests. The second area is designed more for entertainment and has two Danish modern sofas, a 60-inch television, and interesting coffee tables that can transform from basic coffee table height to a dining height.

Two gallery walls are filled with everything from seascapes to nautical mirrors to pop art and even plates.

Even though this room is filled with so much to look at, everything has been designed so as not to compete with Mother nature, who puts on a beautiful nightly sunset that is not to be missed.
