This modern minimalist tiny house in Wellington, NZ has a low-maintenance corrugated black iron exterior and is completely off grid for electricity. It has a plywood interior, glass doors, large windows and plenty of storage space. There is a sitting nook perfect for reading and kitchen with a long stainless steel countertop, standard oven, large sink and a pull-out pantry. The bathroom has a glass shower, vanity with large basin sink, mirror and a composting toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping loft which has a large bed, windows and overhead skylight.
