All the furniture in the room is low profile so as not to obstruct the beautiful water view provided by the massive wall of windows. Two three-seater sofas in an ultra-white linen flank a low profile contemporary fireplace covered in marble mosaic tile. Small pops of muted pinks and green-grays help soften the white surfaces. The more casual furniture choices ensure the modern architecture does not come across as cold.

Just off the seating area is the dining space. Both areas flow seamlessly together because of their casual vibe, and due to the way the dining table is placed, almost everyone has an amazing view. A massive piece of art that resembles a reclaimed sign from a bait and tackle shop pulls all the colors together. The trio of rustic maritime pendants adds texture and enhances the casual feel.
