Modern and Airy Townhome

Originally a long narrow style home that was outdated, dark and gloomy, this modern and airy townhome has a neutral color palette and is accented with woven elements throughout the main area. Columns were replaced with a structural beam to allow creation of a beautiful long kitchen with a large island, flat panel oak cabinetry, modern stone backsplash, matte white faucet and pot filler, pantry and desk nook. Applied molding adds visual interest to the long wall connecting the dining and living areas. The dining area has an architectural chandelier and a drywall cubby space for displaying artwork and other decor.
