This two-story high great room has three zones: a living area, a seating area and a bar. The main living space is designed with a lot of symmetry in mind – two large sofas, two coffee tables, two end tables and a twin pair of console tables. The fireplace stretches all the way up to the ceiling and has a custom-design facade and a hidden flat screen TV; the contrasting black fireplace box makes for a dramatic focal point. A modern chandelier acts as a fraternal twin to the fireplace and pulls the eye downward, making the space feel more intimate.

The bar is all about entertaining and is completely self-sufficient with seating, lighting, storage and a state-of-the-art wine station that pours the perfect size glass of wine at the perfect temperature with just a touch of a button.

A smaller secondary seating area has wingback chairs, versatile stools and storage for books, making this area almost a self-contained library within the great room.
