The rift cut white oak paneled living room and library are open and connected; two iron bookcases define the two areas but allow light to come through and provide display space for books, pictures and collectibles. Due to the two-story height, the versatile dining room has a courtyard feel, with tremendous windows that face the pool and black porcelain tile that runs through to the patio and connects the indoors and outdoors. The kitchen has black hardware, a black lacquer island, a mix of black and white Caesarstone countertops, and oak cabinetry with the upper cabinetry on one wall covered in cane. The adjacent banquette and family room space has an oval table with smoked glass, a Caesarstone fireplace, TV, and comfortable sofas and chairs.
