Luxurious Basement Transformation

The beautiful fireplace, made of porcelain material that mimics veined stone, sets the color palette and feel of the space. Low gray built-ins blend with the fireplace and allow the natural light to come in.

A walnut-top games table, modern chairs and a cantilevered lamp creates the perfect spot for the family to gather and play. Under the stairs is a kitchenette with a bar and a sparkling backsplash.

The relocated laundry room is bright and airy with a three-color hexagonal porcelain tile floor. A striking custom-made marble top vanity with brass fittings and industrial-style legs adds a touch of glam to the dark gray bathroom with its white subway tiled shower.
