Light, Airy and Playful City Condo

When you have a small space, the design challenge is how to make it livable but not feel crowded, and if there are architectural quirks, the situation becomes a bit more complicated. See the features of this light, airy and playful city condo in this House & Home video:

This builder-basic combo needed jazzing up, and it was achieved through the use of patterns, wallpaper, pops of green and teal colors and gilded furniture pieces that fit the homeowner’s hotel chic style. In the living room, the patterned sofa and wallpaper draw the eye away from the ceiling bulkheads. Silk pink bedding, a gray upholstered headboard and a beautiful botanical wallpaper create a cozy feminine master bedroom. In contrast, the guest bedroom with its twin beds goes bold with brightly patterned teal, green and gold wallpaper.
