Large Condo with Colorful Accents

This large condo with colorful accents was the product of two merged floor plans. The living room pulls the four-color palette together and has a modern moody fireplace, neutral rug and custom coffee table to ground the space between the two sofas. The kitchen has warm white cabinetry, a pretty island and an abstract porcelain tile backsplash on the range wall. One bedroom was converted into a den that doubles as a guest room and has pullout sofa, a beautiful millwork wall with a TV, wardrobe and storage, and a powder room. On the other side of the kitchen is a guest bedroom with custom cabinetry and a transom window that brings in light from the kitchen.
