Situated on a sugarcane farm and surrounded with raised garden beds, it is clad with insulated sheeting inside and out and has an outdoor deck, panoramic windows and a raised ceiling. Inside, there is a compact staircase with storage leading up to a sleeping loft, kitchen with iron-bark countertops, four-burner cooktop and upper and lower cabinets, and a bathroom with a copper shower, large mirror, sculptural wood vanity and stone sink.
