1. Your fuse box is correctly labeled.
2. There is unencumbered access to everything, including the crawl space doors, under sink areas cleared out, and the basement doors.
3. Everything is operating properly – cabinet drawers, appliances, outlets, light switches, lighting, ceiling fans, locks, doors, windows and plumbing.
4. Remove any mold and mildew, address odor issues, replace air filters, and make any necessary repairs.
