How to Make a Thanksgiving Wreath

Learn how to make a beautiful Thanksgiving wreath from natural materials that your visitors will go “nuts” over in this Better Homes and Gardens video:

For this project, you will need natural materials such as acorns, leaves, pine cones, and walnuts that you can collect outdoors, as well as a grapevine wreath and glue gun which you can purchase at any crafts store.

1. Using the glue gun, working your way around the wreath, start by attaching the leaves to the bottom of the wreath.

2. Add walnuts or pine cones to the top of the wreath. You will want to apply more glue and hold them in place for a while until they have set.

3. Use acorns to fill in the gaps on the outside and inside of the wreath. Add variety by having some stand up and others on their side. Again, hold the acorns in place until they have set.
