1. Cut pipe insulation tubes to varying sizes
2. For each tube, trace battery-operated tea light candle, then cut away foam from inside of tube
3. Group tube together with tallest in back
4. Tie together with rope
5. Place grouping into urn planter
6. Pour sand into urn to keep tubes in place
7. Cover sand with Spanish moss
8. Use black hot glue to create wax drips
9. Place battery-operated tea light candles into tubes
