How to Make a Glittery Easter Egg Tree

1. Prepare papier-mache eggs for glitter and gem designs.
- Paint using crafts paint. Let dry completely.
- Poke small hole at top end of egg.
- Cut 5-inch lengths of gold cording.
- Add dab of hot glue into hole.
- Fold cording in half and insert into hole. Let dry completely.
- Glitter eggs: Apply decoupage medium and sprinkle with glitter. Let dry completely.
- Gem eggs: Use dab of glue to secure faux gems. Use tweezers to apply smaller gems. Continue applying. Let glue dry completely.
- Sequin eggs: Paint spun cotton eggs using crafts paint. Repeat the process for attaching gold cording. Apply sequins to egg using glue. Let dry completely. Add sequin pins through holes.
2. Make the Easter egg tree.
- Spray paint branches and let dry completely.
- Choose a container base heavy enough to support branches.
- Cut floral foam so it fits snugly inside.
- Add pebbles so floral foam sits securely in vase.
- Insert branches into floral foam.
3. Hang egg ornaments on branches.
