- Start by cutting all the pieces to the correct dimensions.
- Begin by drilling out socket holes that will receive the copper pipes for the legs and shelf. There are four holes on the bottom and the top of the top piece. The shelf also has four socket holes on the bottom and a slot for the mirror that will be installed later.
Next, drill holes all the way through the bottom panel. - Now, assemble the case. Apply glue to only the bottom edges of the divider and clamp them in place because you’ll need to remove the top later for painting.
- The mirror needs to be reinforced before inserting it into the shelf. Slip the reinforcement under the clips, flip the mirror over, trace the mirror shape and trim to fit. Apply adhesive and let dry.
- Place the painted assembly upside down on your work surface and squeeze adhesive into the socket holes. Slide the legs through the holes and set them into the socket holes. Use the same process for the shelf. Let everything dry overnight.
- Slide the reinforced mirror into the slot in the shelf with the backing end down, letting it tip back slightly.
Pair the finished table with a chair or stool, and you’ll have a stylish sit-down makeup station for your bedroom or bath.
