How to Create a Cocktail Container Garden
If you enjoy garden-inspired cocktails, you can create a dedicated herb garden with a container and a sunny location. Learn how to create a cocktail container garden in this Better Homes and Gardens video:
1. Add potting soil to container.
2. Plant herbs about 2 inches below lip of container. Choose herbs that can be used in cocktails, like lavender, mint and basil.
3. Use a layer of wine corks as mulch.
4. Make herb label signs:
- Poke a small hole in bottom of tree branch slice.
- Put wood glue on end of bamboo skewer.
- Insert skewer into hole of the wood slice.
- Write herb name using permanent marker.
