How to Add a Natural Accent to a Poinsettia Plant
Poinsettia plants are popular Christmas decorations, but they can easily be dressed up to look even more beautiful. Learn how to add a natural accent to a poinsettia plant in this video by P. Allen Smith:
This natural accent was made from spray millet, berry branches, and two sponge mushrooms with attached wires. The mushrooms create a focal area for a large pine cone. Use the wires to tie everything together and to attach the pine cone to the focal area (the pine cone also hides the wires). Bend the stems, cut them, and insert into the poinsettia. Place the poinsettia into a clay pot and adjust the berry branches as desired.
