Hotel Chic Condo Makeover

The homeowner wanted a soft refresh of her condo, which was in need of light and storage and had too much of a masculine vibe. See the features of this hotel chic condo makeover in this House & Home video:

In the kitchen, there is a new pantry, and the cabinetry has a mix of white slab doors for the uppers and wood grain veneer for the lowers. Quartz was chosen for the island, countertop and backsplash.

To brighten the space, the concrete ceilings were painted white. The tray ceiling above the dining table was built out and covered in wallpaper with a watercolor vibe and has a massive 130-lb modern glass chandelier.

A built-in unit was added to the living room. The coffee table has a lacquered linen finish which adds organic texture. Similarly, the backer board and inset shelves of the built-in have a linen finish, creating a more cohesive look. The revamped entryway has a wardrobe and bench with pull-out drawers which provide plenty of storage. In the guest bathroom, a new vanity, new flooring and a glass shower give the space a sleek minimal look.

The huge master bedroom has a quartz wallpaper accent wall, king bed and 30-inch night tables. Two beautiful French doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with its freestanding tub, new vanity with storage, and a glass shower with bench.
