Five Ways to Refresh Your Home Office Workspace

Chances are if you look at your desk right now, you’ll probably find a cluttered surface, or at least an uninspired space. Learn about five ways to refresh your home office workspace in this video by The Design Network:

1. Repurpose an old napkin stand to hold your pressing bills and letters and keep them organized.

2. Keep cords tidy with this quick DIY solution. Wrap an empty toilet paper roll with your favorite paper or material, leaving an inch on each side. Tape down the seam. Cut 1-inch slits around each end, press them in and secure with tape. Run your cords through, fold any excess into the tube, and plug and play.

3. Get inspiration from a mini art wall. Select a dedicated space on your desk and arrange framed photos and inspirational messages.

4. Add texture and comfort to your office chair by throwing a sheepskin rug over the back.

5. Use a tumbler or mason jar from the kitchen to hold pens, markers and pencils.
