Empty Nesters’ Loft Apartment

This empty nesters’ loft apartment is open and bright and only required a few upgrades to give it a high-end custom look. A penny round backsplash and Caesarstone counterops elevate the builder-grade kitchen, and an oval dining table allows for plenty of seating. The oversized open wall unit provides space for the TV and their books and collectibles. A foyer space was created in the narrow hallway with a console table, chair and mirror. The powder room was updated with a new wall sconce, mirror and vanity along with bold patterned wallpaper. The master bedroom is large enough for a king bed, velvet headboard and custom nightstands; it leads into the ensuite bath which has a new vanity with a drop-in sink, new faucet and geometric peel-and-stick wallpaper. Multiple seating areas, planters and an outdoor grill make the large balcony a popular hangout space. Take the tour in this House & Home video:
