Converted Loft Space
This converted loft space is located in a formal glue factory. In the open-concept main floor, the kitchen’s existing cabinetry was repainted with white uppers and dark blue lowers. A white subway tile backsplash runs from countertop to ceiling, and brass sconce lighting brightens the space. The loft is furnished throughout with blues, brass, mixed metals, layered fabrics and lots of texture.
