Contemporary Farmhouse Laundry Room

The design start with a fun and durable Carrara marble hexagonal tile that pops against the dark gray lower cabinetry. White upper cabinetry and a white subway tile backsplash brighten the space. A sliding barn door adds visual appeal from both the inside and the outside.

The upper cabinetry stores cleaning supplies as well as a pull-down hanging rack for clothes. White oak shelving provides a place for displaying decor and some exposed storage. The lower cabinetry houses pull-out hampers. A pull-out ironing board, Nest thermostat, brass hooks and a phone charger add extra functionality.
