City Condo Transformation

This city condo transformation was a major facelift focused on clever decorating as opposed to a renovation. The color palette throughout is light and bright with hints of black, blues, greens, warm browns and wood tones. The living room was refreshed with a large sofa, additional accent seating, and an electric fireplace enclosed in a brick chimney breast wall. Originally a workspace, the den was converted to a dining space with a green leather banquette. Large glass doors open to the home office which has a large closet and Murphy guest bed. The primary bedroom has a bed with an upholstered headboard and is flanked by walnut side tables. The outdoor space has beautiful outdoor furniture, a simple sofa and lots of plants; the floor is covered in a composite material. A floating bedside table creates a drop zone in the small entryway. The kitchen has a new faucet, new lighting, a slab backsplash that emulates marble, and a bar at the end of the island. Take the tour in this House & Home video:
