California-Inspired Home

This California-inspired home has a neutral earth tone color palette and is filled with natural materials and textures. The expansive entryway has a white oak herringbone patterned front door, gray and off-white checkerboard tile flooring, and built-in millwork with an integrated bench. Archways separate the family room, dining room, living room and kitchen. Black shiplap runs along the entire fireplace wall in the living room; the adjacent dining room has built in millwork with a beautiful stone that runs on the countertop and all the way up behind the metal cabinetry. In the cozy family room, the TV and a concrete bench with built-in drawers are to the left of the off-center elevated fireplace. Ceiling beams with exposed joists run through to the kitchen which has a dark Quartzite backsplash and countertops and white oak cabinetry.
