The rec room, a perfect four-seasons space, has a fireplace and is layered with a plush rug, a cozy sectional, comfortable pillows, an ottoman and a homework table. There is walnut paneling throughout with a hidden dartboard and hidden storage room. With a walkout to the backyard, the adjacent bar is very convenient. The yoga and pilates studio has marbleized wallpaper, giving it an organic cozy feel.
