How to Use Sod to Patch a Lawn
Does your lawn have brown or bare patches where healthy grass used to be? Learn how to use sod to patch a lawn in this HGTV video:
1. Dig up patchy grass in a rectangular shape.
2. Add compost, spray with water, and tamp down.
3. Roll out sod.
4. Use clippers to trim, then press down the sod with your feet.
5. Water daily for two weeks.
