Character-Filled Kitchen Makeover

The footprint was unchanged, but the existing peninsula was removed, and all of the appliances were moved to one wall. Caesarstone countertops, pantry storage, tray storage, spice storage and open shelving make the space more functional. White upper cabinetry with glass doors and stained Douglas fir interiors display antique glassware. Other distinctive features include the original tin ceiling. light green apron sink, red vinyl flooring and the patterned ceramic tile backsplash.
