After a 15-month renovation, this updated Victorian-style family home, built in the ’80s, is bright and open. New black rectangular windows and a new stone lintel add a contemporary element to the exterior. The dining room with its handmade chandelier is open concept with the living room, which has ample seating for the family to gather around a flatscreen TV. Moved to the back of the home, the kitchen has an integrated walnut breakfast bar, bar area, armoire storage, wine fridge, white oak flooring, and French doors leading out to the backyard. Bold colorful floral wallpaper gives the powder room a playful vibe. The unused attic was turned into a master suite with a a predominantly marble bathroom with an oval tub.
