From Warehouse to Dream Home – The Official Unveiling

After a year of hard decisions and hard work, the Branch family officially unveils the final result of their warehouse to dream home project. Take the tour of the family’s new “warehome” in this Lowe’s video:

The 16′ x 24′ living room has 16-foot ceilings and over 100 square feet of glass that provides plenty of light; due to the orientation of the home, it’s all comfortable indirect light. The family’s dream kitchen is 300 square feet with ceilings ranging 12 to 19 feet high and features a huge island with induction cooktop and granite countertop, 50 linear feet of white cabinetry, ample pull-out storage, wet bar area and a rolling glass door leading out to an open air balcony (the former loading dock).

The master suite has a walk-in closet with a custom organization system that leads into the bathroom, which has two separate vanities, washer/dryer combo, large shower with glass subway tile, mosaic stones and double shower heads, and a urinal.

The 250 square-foot family maker space was designed as a project/hobby space which will evolve over time as the hobbies change. Sports and camping equipment are stored here as well.

Upstairs is the media room (kids space) and the kids bedrooms and bathrooms. The wide-open loft space is a combined office and home schooling area Across the catwalk is a second office with a seating area anchored by a Moroccan rug that’s perfect for lunch with friends or meeting with clients.

In lieu of a yard, there is a 1000 square-foot triangular-shaped patio which features a pergola made of cypress wood and a custom iron railing and fire pit.
