Enlarged Renovated Chef’s Kitchen

Merging an underutilized mudroom with the originally small kitchen created a space with ample room for cabinetry, appliances and little luxuries. See the features of this enlarged renovated chef’s kitchen in this House & Home video:

The long wall starting from the original mudroom houses the appliances, including a built-in fridge, wall ovens, pantry storage, and a glass-fronted wine storage unit. A console table with fresh flowers and a little seat warms up the space. Removing the wall between the kitchen and mudroom increased the natural amount of light and also allows you to see through to the back of the house. Other features include hardwood flooring, gray Shaker cabinetry, a waterfall countertop, and a moonstone mosaic backsplash.
