From Warehouse to Dream Home – Framing
Before construction began on this warehouse to dream home project, neighboring businesses got a heads up that the street adjacent to the project would be closed to make room for the giant crane. Building a second story, which will accommodate the kids’ bedrooms, bathrooms and media room, required pouring a thicker concrete slab as well as installation of load-bearing beams.
