Southern-Style Outdoor Living Area

This home’s exterior starts with a wall of sliding glass doors that leads into a gorgeous screened porch. The screens actually retract when you want them to. There’s plenty of seating with a big comfy sofa and low slung chairs that don’t block the views. The console table is not only good-looking but also conceals a flatscreen TV. On the opposite side of the couch, a sofa table provides more storage and acts as a room divider between the living and dining spaces.

The bohemian-inspired dining room has a sturdy concrete table and two peacock style chairs that are fun and funky. The mid-century chandelier adds some personality as well as flattering lighting.

Right off the porch is a convenient grilling area. A stone path leads to the fire pit area which will see a lot of use in the cooler months, and a front porch with a custom swing is incredibly inviting and a perfect place to end the day.
